Why can't I access databases anymore?
Answer
Common reasons for loss of databases access:
- User doesn't have a library account
- User's library account has expired and/or was removed from system
- Account is blocked due to overdue or lost items
- User patron type has changed
- Not all patron types are eligible for offsite database access due to user seat limits
- User patron type not eligible for database access
- Not all account types are eligible for offsite database access due to user seat limits
- User typed in wrong login information
- Access to MCU Research Library databases uses specific logins that are not used by any other USMC/DOD organization
- Logins are not tied to, and are not the same as, DEERS, CAC, DOD-MWR Online Library.
