How do I get access to a patron computer?
Answer
Per the GRC/Library User Policy Letter, our public access computers are available for use to all CAC holders and civilians with DoD-issued identification. A driver's license is NOT an acceptable form of identification. The majority of CAC-enabled sites are accessible from our .EDU patron computers.
- If you have a DoD ID: Please show your identification at the circulation desk. You will be asked to input your name, address, and telephone number into our database prior to being issued a username and password.
- If you have a CAC: We ask that you first attempt to log-in to one of the computers on the first floor. Let us know if you are unable to log-in, and we will issue you a username/password.
- If you really need a .MIL Network: There are .MIL network computers on the second deck designated for patron use. Please note that printing from these computers is not available at this time.
